PHASE I 

Here we will test your physical abilities, we will find your limits and exceed them!Programming over 3 months and 30 sessionsaccess workouts on the cardiovascular system, muscle strengthening, balance, flexibility and mobility. 

PHASE II

You will learn training techniques specific to weightlifting, gymnastics, bodybuilding. We will work on your power, strength, speed, explosiveness and muscular endurance.Programming over 3 months and 30 sessions intense workouts.

PHASE III

This is where we will consolidate your achievements. We will use them to go even further in your performance and get the best out of yourself!Programming over 6 months and 60 sessions intense specific training.
